Lollipop Kids Foundation is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization located in Rockville, MD serving children and transitioning youth with disabilities and complex medical issues. We exist to combat social stigmas, ease financial burdens and provide a comfortable and fun environment for families and children with disabilities to connect with, learn from and support one another. Our family-centered approach stems from the basic principle that families are healthier when they feel connected to and supported by others in their communities. Far too many families raising children with disabilities feel isolated from others in their communities. In many cases, it’s not the disability that causes the isolation, but lack of access to adapted programs, community support and financial resources.
